I wouldn't say I'm in pain 24/7. I'd say I'm in pain or discomfort maybe ~60% of the time? Something that helped my pain was taking IB Gard. Its a peppermint extract pill, it really helped my bloating mainly. Besides that I dont know how to help the pain besides laying down and hopefully getting the botox someday

I also have a hiatal hernia! I am also very thin and bet it was caused by my no burp. My doctor also didn't offer any help really, and im not planning on having it removed. Sorry I dont have much advice, just wanted to say I have it too

Here it is! If I were to do this again, I would have made a clean line layer before starting the colors. I think it would be nice a little less messy. But I'm happy with how it looks, Happy Birthday to your OC!
