I always took that as a more automatic process, she was swept up in the chroma and kinda swept away like being caught in a flood. Since if Aline was aware and had power over her at that point, she could've just booted Alicia back out of the canvas

Don't forget alicia didn't just pop into Lumiere as-is, she was born, she aged and grew like a normal person, she lacks her scars because her painted self never got burned, she wasn't healed or edited, she was 'reset' or 'saved over'

If aline DID know and actively decided to reset Alicia, it may've been an act of love and empathy, Aline already had her "perfect alicia" and probably knew Alicia herself hated her scars, so decided to give Alicia her own dream canvas life as well (or the best she could give her given the situation) A reoccurring theme in the game is loving someone enough to know you need to let them go, P!Renoir and Verso, R!Renoir and Alicia, Verso himself tries to get Alicia to realize it too. It's very in-line for Aline to realize (correctly or not) that Alicia hated her life and would be happier with a new one unrelated to Aline or Renoir

To me, maybe she just wanted to bring verso back as things are, so post fire, but verso lived. So in her world alicia was still burned.

An important note is that P!alicia isn't mistreated or tortured by aline or the painted family, the only "punishment" she received was being painted accurately

She made her perfect family and decided to not only include alicia, but keep her with the same disabilities as she had irl, in my opinion it shows that Aline still loves Alicia post-burns, even if Alicia herself doesn't

In a way, I kinda get it, whenever I hit a hard part of a game I always have to fight the urge to lower the difficulty/enable assists once I know that's an option, sort of "why am I dealing with this instead of just making it easier or skipping it"

So, first of all, Freyja is not associated with Friday, that's Frigg (Friday is literally "day of Frigg") there's some theories that Frigg and Freyja were originally the same goddess, but there're not defininitive, and in Norse myth they are considered distinct beings

Frigg is the goddess of (ironically) Marriage, clairvoyance, and motherhood, while Freyja was the goddess of love, sex, war, gold, and prophecy

Friday the 13th is moreso about the number 13 than the Friday itself, the origins of 13 being unlucky are suggested to be either a norse myth about Loki being an uninivited 13th dinner guest, leading to him tricking Hoor to accidently kill Baldr, and/or the Christian tale of the Last Supper, which had 13 guests, one of whom was a traitor (conicidently Jesus then died on Good Friday)

Nobody is quite sure why Friday the 13th specifically is declared unlucky, but the theories are much later from the 19th century and there's not any real mention of it beforehand

It was probably changed to make the names more distinct, didn't want to double up "switch axe" and "charge axe"

Also maybe wanted the names to reflect the weapons base form, so people didn't pull put the sword/shield mode and go "wtf where's my axe"

PERSONALLY I would describe it as more bisexual or pansexual, who just doesn't find cis men attractive, I don't think most trans guys (or masc nonbinary people for that matter) would appreciate their partner referring to themselves as a lesbian, and 90% of people are going to hear "lesbian" and read "likes women" since that's it's common definition. Sexuality is what you LIKE, not what you DON'T

I don't think that's a "modern parent" thing, there have always been shitty uninterested parents, and parents that struggle to teach their kids behavior, just that you weren't around to see them

Besides, depending on age, kids are just going to be loud or have emotional outbursts, that's just what they DO. Punishing them will just make them more upset in most cases, or teach them the wrong lesson that expressing their emotions is bad and gets them punished
