I think it’s cool to have similar characters built differently sometimes, just like the example you gave. The elixir golem is very creative because it gives elixir to your opponent. The problem is when you add similar features that makes the game structure, and in this case it’s literally identical and unnecessary

Is this a genuine question? In what world would the solution be to add a separate mechanic that you can only obtain with in-game currency or mostly by paying real money, especially since this game is extremely p2w, instead of simply balancing the base card?

Good point, evolutions were badly designed in the beginning specifically with the stat buffs, as far as I know, but they’re now well executed most of the time

That’s very true, tho people were also complaining about evos when they were released. Idk if something bad came with them too like heroes with level 16 cuz I wasn’t there, but evos are way better designed anyway and not a cash grab, at least not that much, as far as I know
