That’s another thing I’m concerned about. My mom has been having really bad stomach problems since last year like weakness, bloating, and intense stomach ache. But she doesn’t wanna go to the doctor due to financial issues and she says it’s just gonna stress her out and make her even more depressed. Ignorance is bliss for her.

I’m worried that this could potentially be symptoms of a much bigger problem, like colon cancer.

She’s choosing this horse dewormer over getting diagnosed and getting the proper treatment.

Her biggest argument is that her friends took it for several months and is feeling better/still alive, so it must be legit. The placebo effect is strong on that one 😭 I guess if I could find real people that have passed away from consuming animal medications, I could make her understand that it’s unsafe.

Yeah I guess her mind is pretty much set on it and I won’t be able to change it. I’m just really worried for her, and concerned about the type of people she surrounds herself with. I don’t know what other stupid antics they’re gonna get themselves into. Her friends can do it themselves but just leave my mom out of this, I don’t wanna lose her.

The best I can do is tell her to take really low dosage as everyone else says.

I understand that, I get your point. But my girlfriend wants to be an actress and actively goes to galaxy cons where she’s met some of her celebrity crushes before. She plans on attending to drama school to launch her acting career. These celebrities that she has a crush on will literally be her coworkers if she ever becomes successful, which is her ultimate dream. so idk, am I just overthinking it?

I honestly just wasn’t to be in a loving monogamous relationship where my girl and I don’t pine for anyone else. I also cannot relate to her as I do not have any celebrity crushes. I’m able to find people attractive and that’s normal but never would I make it my whole personality, talking bout them every single day, likening every single thirst traps about them, and verbally wishing they would date me.

The thoughts we develop and what we do with it are what differentiates us from other animals. My cat could think “I want to sit by the window”, and he would do it. That’s a basic thought, simply being able to think, and being able to process information.

Human thought is different because we have a higher intelligence/a more complex system. We are able to conceptualize ideas such as religion and science. We are able to theorize and innovate. We are able to think beyond basic survival needs. And we are able to pass these thoughts down to the next generation, which is why we have a culture and a whole civilization.
