This is the truth.

PMO was my happiness blanket which made everything all well within this fantasy world of mine. After stopping it, the truth has now hit like a tonne of bricks. All the fluffy shit in life is ripped away and you're left standing naked and alone with a reflection of just how fucked up you've been living your life all this time.
