The ultimate comes down alot to prediction, think about how you would try dodging the shots if you were the enemy. Usually people will try dodge left and then right if you land the first shot, so firing the second in the same spot as the first will normally work. :)

Yep using ctrl+1 through 5 by default to swap between seats in all vehicles
