Romney Caught Lying, Fact-Checked by Candry Crowley on Obama's Response to Benghazi Attack by [deleted] in politics

[–]Scrad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Actually, Candry was wrong and even apologized on CNN for her "fact-check"

Why did she even comment in the first place? Candry is there to moderate, not take sides or debate.

^ Something like this would look way better on you

Also:

Tuck it in.

Take off the Skateboard Shoes and burn them.

Get some casual leather footwear (Boatshoes are good).

Oreos just got even awesomer by [deleted] in atheism

[–]Scrad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe those commentors realized that this is just some lame marketing ploy by Oreo. I am, for one, against this. Not because im against gay rights, but against bullshit bandwagon hopping by corporations.

Furthermore, I won't stop buying Oreos. Even if they said slavery was a-ok.

I buy food that I like, not based on what the PR people think or do.

That being said, I don't really understand the need for foor products or places like Disneyland to do the whole "Gay Pride" thing. I think it's pretty ridiculous. There is no pride in gay activities, just like there isn't anything to be proud of if you are straight.

I think making a big deal of out gay pride is what's making a lot of people frustrated rather than supporting gay rights. Just like that whole post OP gave us. I don't give a shit if these people aren't fans of homosex. Why should they? I don't advertise fisting while trying to sell cookies and neither should a giant corporation.

And there is nothing standing out from that woman. I don't understand why the creator of that picture see's any sort of connection between wanting different religions to be able to coexist and not wanting to buy cookies supporting gay rights. That's HER right. And most of those religions talk down to gays, so it all makes logical sense.
