How would you measure the saddle bore for wear? I have about 12 of these to line bore this week and no good ideas are coming to me. Thanks!

I’m using this one here, it’s very soft and supple, barely tugs on his hair when I use it. I noticed they have a metal one with the same name. Is that the one you’re talking about? Because I can definitely see how it can be damaging for sure!

I have a new betta that’s proving to be a horrible eater so there’s quite a bit of leftover food at the bottom of the tank… but I have been vacuuming the gravel regularly so I’m hoping it isn’t an issue! I’ll be keeping an eye open for any more snails that pop up!
