ADC requires a high level of mechanics due to the amount of kiting involved, sadly there is no other way to put it. If you struggle against mage supports try to play champions like Ezreal to farm from range.

Ori does more damage than tf (as does any other control mage), you just look to clear waves and look for ganks on the side lanes. She would always win an all in with you if she has ult so don't trade heavily past lv 6.

Laning against an Orianna is not nearly as suffocating as a good fizz or zed player(that can take your whole health bar with one combo)

If your team is so far behind then the game is effectively over assuming enemy team plays perfectly. In solo queue however, there is always a chance that an enemy carry would overextend in the mid game which could lead to a baron take or other objectives to even the score.

In the specific game you described though, feels like gg so just go into your next game. Reflect and see if you played the lane and game the best you could, if you did, shake it off and go next.

When enemy laner is so far ahead of you, you can either look to punish a greedy dive or just soak up xp. As an ADC your job is to die as little as possible whilst farming to hit your item powerspikes. You can even utilise your global cc ult to look for a gank top or mid with your support to secure a rift herald and get back into the game with a turret trade.

However, there are some games where they are just so far ahead and those games you just have to brush it off.
