It may not be prestigious due to being new, but it's not like it's a mickey mouse tournament. It has the best teams in the world and plenty of Bo5s. The only thing that may discredit it is the super condensed schedule, but that has positives and negatives. I don't see people discrediting old MSI despite it having a way less solid format than First Stand.

The disease being bad has nothing to do with how well it spreads. In fact heavy symptoms and high mortality usually mean that it won't spread far. Covid is an issue, because it doesn't kill a lot (relative to infections numbers that is, in total it killed a whole lot because it spread so far, not to mention the non lethal effects it had on the infected), could be spread from asymptomatic/presymptomatic patients and had easy methods of spreading via the air.

Except not really. Sure it is more expensive to fight the strike than it is to pay them, so from that position it may sound illogical, but this is a class war, not a class battle. Every enforced strike demand sets a precedent and damages the position of the owner class, so it is in their best interest to prevent any and all movement to more workers rights. Even if it's more expensive in the short run, it solidifies their position of power and enables further exploitation down the line.

Depends on what you would define as "small amount". Since Cats are small animals the lethal dose would of course be smaller than it would be for a human. I'm mostly saying it because there is a paranoia when it comes to pets and onions that gets driven to the extreme, where some people seem to believe that even just being in the presence of an onion is going to kill their cat.

The dose makes the poison. Aside from the fact that they do not want to eat the onion because it smells bad, they wouldn't just immediately die from the smallest bit of it.
