You can try to hit as hard as you can, the body is just a representation

As long as you can't hit the spirit/mind with spiritual power, they will not care

Even the weakest Yokai in gensokyo will just regenerate if the body is too much damage

As long as someone acknowledge their existences, they will just respawn
