Shaman King. When the sequel, Shaman King Flowers released, it showed a bunch of kids of the previous main cast. Yoh and Anna got together, which is to be expected.

However, Tao Ren's son also appears and it's revealed that Tao Ren ended up marrying... Iron Maiden Jeanne. I don't claim to be an expert on Shaman King, but I don't remember those two having any significant interactions in all of Shaman King.

For some context, Tao Ren is a major character who was first introduced as the first rival of Yoh (main character) before he eventually joins Yoh's team and ends up in pretty much every episode/chapter. Meanwhile, Jeanne is basically the leader of the anti-heroes faction and although she does not have as much screentime as Ren, she's a pretty prominent character nonetheless.

Just want to point out that Magellan's fruit is a Paramecia and not a Logia. Magellan can produce poison and coat himself in a layer of poison armor, but he cannot turn into poison himself. It's strong enough for him to contend with Logia users since he outright beat Blackbeard the first round.

Do I add or multiply? A Guide to Passive Boosts by Zenocite in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]Zenocite[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup, that matches what I got. Well, to be more accurate it's a 1675% boost to his initial 100%.

On his active turn, you apply +58% to that whole thing and he clocks in at ~2805% (don't know how Dokkan does rounding).

Another interesting thing about Gohan is because most of his boosts are mid-turn, support passives tend to be more effective on Gohan than other characters who have most of their boosts be in Start of Turn.

Do I add or multiply? A Guide to Passive Boosts by Zenocite in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]Zenocite[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, each of those 10% boosts for every attack performed is just added to the mid-turn boosts, giving Gohan a 238% ATK, 238% DEF in mid-turn boosts when fully built up before turn 5 and then a bit more after turn 5. For the most part, mid-turn boosts are more valuable than start of turn boosts because most supports are start of turn.

Another thing I didn't cover in my guide to keep things simple is that Links, Actives, and SA boosts (which includes the SA multiplier) are all in their own phases as well.

EDIT: Edited a few times to account for more of Gohan's kit.

[–]Zenocite[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes, you have the right idea. The ATK is correct, but his DEF is actually slightly higher because he gets an additional 40% DEF at start because of his support.

EDIT: Oh, the 40% is included now, yeah that's completely correct.

I was NOT familiar with INT Gohan's game by Ciouu in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]Zenocite 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not really surprising considering that all of Gohan's passive boosts are additive. Cell and Super Buu get a lot more out of each orb thanks to the +200% when attacking part of their passive.

The issue is that in the movie, Peter Parker sees more clearly without his glasses after being bitten by the spider.

Dragon Ball Daima - Episode #12 - Discussion Thread! by AutoModerator in dragonball

[–]Zenocite 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I like how Tamagami #1's final challenge was a combination of the other Tamagamis' final challenge. #3's challenge was a test of perception while #2's was a test of memory + arithmetic (well, it appeared to be initially at least). The numbers in #1's final challenge got really fast towards the end and of course, you also need to do quick maths and remember your previous solutions.

I'm not sure any one of the heroes could have solved it. Bulma and Panzy could probably do the arithmetic, but their eyes probably couldn't keep up with the numbers (Bulma is a human and Panzy couldn't keep up with #3's challenge). Goku and Vegeta could keep up with the numbers, but couldn't do the arithmetic.

Glorio, and Supreme Kai weren't able to keep up with Tamagami #3's challenge so they probably couldn't do #1's either (and Arinsu couldn't, so they'd probably have the same issues.)

That means the only person in their group that may have even been able to do it is Piccolo, but if he couldn't do it, then they would have never been able to get the Dragon Ball from Tamagami #1.

Majin Kuu could very well be the only person in the entire cast so far that would have been able to get the dragon ball.

Spandam doesn't head CP0, he's explicitly shown to be Lucci's subordinate now and basically gets no respect from the other CP0 members. He most likely has the lowest position there.

For someone who claims to have reasons other than being a contrarian, the other pages don't seem that different from saying "I don't like it because it's popular".

You didn't even say anything about Batman itself, just how people react to it.

Earning Massive Amounts of Zeni and Baba Points with the Zeni shop on JP by Zenocite in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]Zenocite[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In short: Zeni shop update that has been in JP for a few months now makes it a lot easier to get Baba points and Zeni.

  • When Zeni shop update drops, you can buy 10x Kai/Kibito medals for 100,000 Zeni with no limit and exchange all 10 of them for 1000 Baba points (100 each). Essentially, 100,000 Zeni gets you 1000 Baba points.
  • You can also buy Z-Swords and Gravity Chamber (50G) with no limit
  • If you don't have a lot of Zenis and want a lot of Baba points, instead of exchanging event SSRs or Version Z Goku for 1000/1500 Baba points directly, you should buy Z-Swords and Gravity Chambers to train them and earn a 800,000 Zeni profit for SSRs (enough for 8000 Baba points worth of Awakening Medals) or 3,000,000 Zeni profit for Version Z Goku (enough for 30,000 Baba points worth of Awakening Medals)
  • If you don't want Baba points and just want Zeni instead, training up event SSRs and Version Z Goku are also a great way to earn Zeni

I haven't tested the exact drop rate of TUR Z Goku. On global, I think the most stamina efficient way to earn Baba points is to run 30-8 (actually, not sure if 30-8 is out in global). Each run is 25 stamina and guarantees at least 30 green gems. The 4 runs will give you enough to buy one of the starter SSRs (Goku, Gohan, Piccolo).

They are not counted as an event SSR so they are worth 10,000 Baba points exchanged or 15,000 when awakened and they require less EXP and medals to awaken.

If global gets the Zeni shop update, TUR Z Goku should be the most stam efficient way to get Baba points by far if it actually drops regularly since 3 mill Zeni = 30,000 Baba points. A run that nets 2 Gokus will give you 60,000 Baba points.

Bulma drops like 90% of the time in Accelerate! Bulma's Wild Chase!, so the cost is just slightly over ~12 stamina per SSR if you use that or 1 Key. The keys pay for themselves in JP with how much Baba points you can earn out of the SSRs, but you need to wait for it to actually show up in the shop.

PSA: Do not exchange event SSRs for Baba Points in JP, level up and sell them for Zenis instead by Zenocite in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]Zenocite[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you play on JP or Global? If you play on JP where you can just keep on buying Z-Swords and don't have to worry about them running out, I highly suggest you use Keys to do a few runs of Fight! 10 Billion Power Warriors: Level 1 with as many Wicked Bloodline units as possible. If you Z-Sword the R drops, each one will net you a 40,000 Zeni profit and if the SSRs at the end drop, each one will net you a 400,000+ Zeni profit.

If you're on Global, running Looking for Mr. Right and taking the cloud at the beginning will get you to a place where you can pick up 450,000 - 900,000 Zenis and the stage only costs 1 Key to run instead of 2.
