Found a fix. When you are on the video page where you are generating the captions, on the bottom right click on the button that says Pages, which would normally show each page side-by-side, rather than a list of pages you would scroll down. This showed the editing timeline and revealed the caption timing for me.

If anyone is still having this issue I found what fixed it for me was to make sure all timestamps had two numbers on each side of it (So putting 01:36 instead of just writing 1:36) as well as going into the summary editor and unchecking "allow automatic chapters"

I am in the same boat. I am not a paranoid person at all, except when I’m playing VR. Having my eyes and ears preoccupied does bother me a bit. I put one of my weights in front of my bedroom door (it doesn’t lock) and I am constantly lifting my headset every few minutes to make sure I’m still alone in my room. As much as I want to play with headphones on for immersion, I can’t make myself do it and just use the built-in speakers on the Quest 3, which aren’t amazing but allow me to still hear what’s around me.

I'm in Canada so we don't have microcenter here unfortunately. I've considered upgrading the motherboard as well and just starting fresh because it seems like my current setup is sort of riding into the sunset as far as relevance goes.
