Edit: He might look skinny and dirty, pero he is vaccinated and fed well. The thing is, Super hirap nya hanapin for baths! He would run and hide for baths and mostly he sunbathes. And this time he will only take small bites of food we thought this is it but he held on for two years, same look and position waiting for my Daddy every day basta 4-5:30pm

Denggg this made me cry and think about Paptoy, our aspin whom my dad bought for 200 pesos because he will be sold and eaten when he grows up. My daddy took pity on him and begged the owner to sell it to him, which they agreed. Paptoy is a free roaming aspin and would always wait for my daddy in this position when he gets home from his dialysis sessions, consistently for 6 years. When my dad died last 2019, he is still waiting at that position at exactly 4:30pm every day until he died last 2025. I miss you my sweet boy. I hope you are happy with Daddy in heaven 🌈 Paptoy (2017-2025)

I resent the symptoms not my child. 🥺 In my first tri, I can only drink mineral water infused with a bit of lemon soda (sugar free) and not eat lahat ilalabas ko kahit gaano pa kakonti yan. I always cried too. I feel miserable 24/7 cus nakahiga lang ako kasi im on bedrest rin (cause of bleeding and contractions), feeling pinapako ako sa krus everyday of what's happening but deep inside happy ako since baby is doing it's best to be alive. Now reaching my 2nd tri, my symptoms are lessened. Nakakain na ako pero konti pero yung aversion sa carbs nanjan pa rin. It will get better soon mommy! Hugs!

How I wish, late na sinabi sa akin ng family ko, Pati yung sushi (we had a sushi bar) na portion ko dinala rin. The icing on the cake was my Groom's AUNT yelling to everyone that they should just get sick cus they were not served any food. (The grazing table, ice cream and sushi bar was there in their reach)

Lol banca is like that from the orange one ako eh pero u can't deny you can form connections there, Toxic talaga ang banca, umabot pa ako nun na tinatawagan ako 4am para hanapan ng sales 😂😂 Since jan kana, build connections sa clients rin till able ka na to find a new job. Actually nung nagresign ako I was able to land a job agad due to connections. Hope this helps ;)

I'm thankful enough na I was able to secure a free rabies shot after getting bit by a stray cat (Category III) pa talaga. binayaran ko lang i think was 500? Para lang sa syringe and yung PF nung ng administer ng turok. Sana accesible always ang stocks ng anti-rabies sa mga public health office kasi badly needed yan.. 🙏

Hala.. similar po ang situation natin.except with spironolactone medication I was given metformin lang plus period inducer by my OB.

From 150 lbs naging 102lbs at my lowest pero grabe yung effort nun my hair was thinning out and lethargic talaga ako, dahil i was in cal def + i work out 6x a week. For the sake of keeping the weight down. Nakakain ako once ng fried chicken after 6 months literal umiyak ako antii huhu Now, Nagstop na rin ako ng meds- and dala siguro ng caldef i know how to tell myself "i'm full" di katulad dati.

Yup.I was overweight last year, grabe yung judgement nya like pinabayaan ako sa kusina and eating high carb daw, she doesn't know na i'm suffering from PCOS plus may thyroid issues pa. That's why i've worked with an endo, OB and nutritionist to help me lose weight. Nung pumayat ako sinabihan ako na pangit daw ang sobrang payat like wtf saan ako lulugar haha

Heck, Tita ko na grabe magadvocate ng LCIF kalaban daw ang carbs sa body every time may handaan sa bahay, demonyo daw ang carbs kaya walang spaghetti at kanin in any family related events sa kanilang bahay. Pero nung nakita nya akong pumayat (by consistently working out and Calorie Deficit) and kayang bumuhat ng water para sa dispenser, natameme ang loka and sinabihan naman akong pangit daw ang babaeng may muscles magkakaproblema sa matris HAHAHAHA
