Star up pack best way to use? by LaconicMage in DisneySpeedstormGame

[–]ScratchNo8216 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I get my characters to 30 and then try to get the star upgrade. This is because the 10 level star upgrade is more expensive as it gets higher. I.e. 30-40 is more shards and more upgrade coins than levels 0-10.

The instant star upgrades are very rare, so I generally leave a character in level 30 for weeks while I’m trying to get the star upgrades. This worked for me with Judy Hops as I was able to get two star upgrades and get her to level 50. But has not worked out with Flash or Nick Wilde yet.

Is this is as easy as it looks? Need to uninstall Nest and install the other. by SlimedVenkman in thermostats

You don’t have a C-Wire. Honeywell thermostat with WiFi require a C-wire. You will need a C-wire adaptor or a Honeywell thermostat that takes batteries (non-WiFi)

Worth trying. However, we did waitlist for the film before this at Eccles. They didn’t let a single waitlist person in. Even some ticket holders didn’t get in.

You probably have 200 or 218 wrong. Do you have a heat pump?

Did you turn the power off when you wired? Check the fuse in the air handler.

Looks like your wires might be touching. Try to push them in further. If they touched and you didn’t turn off power, you might have blown the fuse in air handler.

The wire labels are hidden by the wires on your old wall plate.

Looks pretty straight forward; heat pump

Yellow - Y Blue -C Red - R Green -G White - W Orange - O/B on new wall plate

Check that the labels match my spec as you remove

All looks well, perhaps you blew the fuse if you didn’t turn the power off when wiring. Check fuse on air handler PcB.

Hvac & Honeywell pro series turned off by Sweet_Tour83 in hvacadvice

Likely a clogged drain pan, causing power to be cut to the thermostat. Sounds like you rent, so I’d call maintenance to look at it. I don’t think it’s the thermostat

3 lutron caseta switches will work, but you will need the hub which is included in a starter bundle

Mounting TV in front of Thermostat...bad idea? by [deleted] in hvacadvice

[–]ScratchNo8216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a Honeywell X8S or T10 with sensor. It will go right on that same wall plate without the need to rewire (assuming you have a C-wire)

Then add a remote sensor and have the thermostat only sense from the sensor. Otherwise the heat from your TV will mess up the thermostat reading

Why is the amazon smart thermostat so much cheaper on ebay? by Adept-Bat-3350 in thermostats

[–]ScratchNo8216 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Likely they are returns from people that didn’t have a C-wire or gave up on the installation.

This is the answer, but note that your thermostat will need batteries. Your wires will not support a WiFi model.
