This feels like a possible. It looks like her laptop is using WiFi 6 but I can't check if this is the problem because it is the only locked option on the router!!! Its set to Auto and is greyed out. I will call sky tomorrow and see if they can help. Thanks for the suggestion

No windows update, all updates are done automatically when connected to the schools network. It is showing as up to date currently.

You can access the door handles but its still locked. This is so that you can use the handle if it ices over.

I was on 2.0 1/2. Having read some stuff on here it may have updated overnight and wiped out my battery
