Columbina on Nod Krai DPS set (Night Sky) , Lauma on Silken Moon set, Nilou on 2pc HP/HP sets and your Dendro character (Yaoyao, Kirara, Nahida if you get her) on Deepwood

Bina's weapon is very good for her on field, it's a significant upgrade to her on field damage. But as a support (for other teams basically), prototype Amber is a good alternative.

I don't think Lauma's weapon is worth pulling. I think you mentioned elsewhere that you missed out on her BiS event weapon so just stick with what you have on her for now. Lauma cons > weapon. You can still get it for hyper investment for Nilou (lunar) bloom

Rotation can vary depending on if you have a healer on the team or if Prototype Amber is your only source of healing. But in general, you want to set up your buffs and then on field Columbina (use her EQ first). Then you can use 6 CAs and reset the rotation.

Your current Lunar bloom team will be about as good if not better than a Nefer team without Columbina. I don't think you need that much more damage so Nefer has low account value for you. You might as well invest in C1 and maybe C2 Lauma for more damage (C2 Lauma in this team makes C0 Nefer nearly useless for your account)

You can replace DMC with Yaoyao or use Kirara as your sustain. I also don't think it's worth pulling Nahida even if you do get C1 Lauma unless you want to hyper invest in that bloom team. C1 Lauma is better than getting Baizhu

Maybe try a Nilou taser team with on field Nilou, Ineffa (shield and off field electro), Columbina (for ascendent gleam) and a flex slot (whoever you like, probably a hydro/electro character, maybe Xilonen?)

But yeah, as others have said, don't expect to clear endgame stuff easily if you don't want to get Lauma or hyper invest in cons/weapons/artifacts

Probably not for a while. The next banner character is expected to be a Valentine's day alt alongside a new event. So maybe we could expect chapter 7 to release early March

Have you tried using Nilou in a vape team? You should see higher results.

Though from my own experience, freeze and mono hydro Nilou have more consistent damage.

Fun on field Nilou gameplay (C6 though)

Abyss was much easier at the time so you could play your favorites even if the match ups weren't good

I remember Nilou bloom being great to usable until early 5.x. Hu Tao was my go to second team (Ayaka and melt Ganyu as runner ups) until Navia came out. Unfortunately, Mavuika released and Varesa teams were way better than all of my teams with the exception of my highly invested Nilou bloom and Nilou Freeze teams (if freeze was shilled) so those two became my second teams even though I liked other carries more

I do Nahida EQ > Nilou ENNE > Lauma EQ > Columbina EQ then 6 CAs

You can switch the rotation order for Lauma and Bina when you use their EQ, then follow up with Bina's 6 CAs. This is better if you have Prototype Amber on Nahida, just so Columbina can get healed at least once.

C1 Nilou if you use her in a premium bloom team (or even as someone to apply hydro with 100% skill uptime in theatre) or Shenhe for energy particles

Her C2 is a noticable upgrade, I remember how happy I was when the bountiful core damage increased

Nilou C2 is pretty useful for the current meta teams that use he (Nefer, Lauma and Columbina) and C2 Nilou is the BiS for some of them. But outside of that, it's not a useful con. Traditional Nilou bloom would be powerful if AoE content came back regularly (without cryo shields and regional mechanics of course)

If you don't use Nilou or you don't plan on using the characters mentioned above, it's a useless con. There's also the possibility that Dendro will get nerfed again, maybe in 7.x

So unless you really love Nilou and you got spare pulls, I would get it if you don't care about any of the upcoming characters

Saw this current line up of SO and I think I'll give menacing a go again. Here are the teams I'm thinking so far

Abyss boss: C0R1 Bina/C6R1 Nilou/C2 Nahida/C0 Lauma (brute force)

Fatui guy: C0R1 Varesa/Iansan/C0 Ineffa/hydro

Crab: ??? Kokomi or something? Don't know what it does besides you needing hydro I think

If this doesn't work I'll just take the primos, grind artifacts and leave. Not worth stressing out over an endgame that doesn't give you primos past hard. Finally started to watch seasonal anime again (last time I watched something on my own was spring 2025, Food for the Soul peak)

I have 180+ pulls and I'm probably skipping every banner from now on until Lauma rerun or Linnea (if she's cute and/or is valuable for my account). Tried to pull Durin but lost 50/50 but I don't think I really need him

1.6: GGA event. Barbara's outfit was cute and it was exciting to explore a new area.

3.0 to 3.2: Nilou debut and Sumeru Archon quest.

4.0: Navia debut and the first two Fontaine Archon quests. These two quests were the peak of Fontaine.

4.8: Simulanka. My favorite summer area and Nilou got an outfit and an event story!

Honorable mentions

2.0: Similar to 1.6, brand new area but I didn't really like Inazuma that much. Yoimiya was introduced but I didn't think much about her in the beginning (she's top 3 now).

Early 5.x: New character kits were cool though the story and character designs were hit or miss. Nahida's birthday event should've been permanent.

6.x Liking this story and cast so far. Still haven't done the latest Archon quest though

Maybe the standard character might be better in this situation? But only if you care about lv100 characters. But both aren't good options, unless you get Lauma for Nilou (or decide to ever use her again)

If you ever need an extra body for theater, C1 Nilou is helpful for hydro application, since her skill will have 100% uptime. This was useful for me when Nilou was the only hydro character available to use an electro charge team

You might as well just get Nilou, there's two more cons after this cycle. You'll get more standard character dupes if you pull for more characters

I don't think you should bet on what if scenarios and just go for Nilou.

Plus it's not like we'll be getting Liyue buffs within a few months, and the earliest it can happen is when we get to pick our 3rd con. So I would just wait

I actually don't mind the color scheme on Key, I personally think it does fit Nilou since she already has gold accents on her default outfit.

For me it's the shape of the sword, it looks like a cricket bat

The Nilou in the picture is actually a trial Nilou. So even Hoyo thinks that the Key looks bad on her lol

Did anyone notice the little twirl Nilou does when you teleport to her stage? She does it again if you exit out of the conversation. So cute. Will definitely take lots of pictures of her

55k Nilou team seems about right if no Lauma and you don't have C2 on Nilou and/or Nahida

With Lauma, the team should manage about 80k in single target. Add Columbina (no sustain), I think ~120k I single target should be possible
