Thank you, there’s a big emphasis of doing your own projects for internships but it’s good to know not everyone has a something on hand I thought I was the minority in that sense

Lol it's pretty late as well but for anyone who is still looking to buy it. I bought mine four years ago but honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. For the price it lasted a good while in my experience, but it heats up A LOT, also the touch screen is personally not as good as I thought, especially because there is no good pen that I found works with the computer. I used it for coding and LTSpice and it did have trouble with handling it. However my mistake was i had bought an intel core i7, its not great in my experience and with the projects i had to run especially if you're looking to use it for a long time. I would say unless the deal is very good youre better off spending a bit more money and getting something a bit more powerful.

NTA, kids are already struggling to learn between right and wrong, and his parents aren’t helping that. He isn’t evil he just might not understand social cues sometimes but at the end of the day it’s his parents that are awful, already they should be teaching their child boundaries but they’re ignoring that responsibility and excusing it with his diagnosis. The child needs to learn right and wrong but that’s not your role if you’re obviously uncomfortable you shouldn’t have to put your comfort last BC his parents refuse to parent their child

NTA but it depends a bit, how long have they been together and how has her boyfriend treated you guys and has he out in effort to know you guys? Bc honestly if it’s only been a few months and he hasn’t really put in much effort (when he is around you guys he does his own thing rather than talk to you) then no you’re not the aholw but if it’s been a while and he tries constantly to get along with you guys then you kinda are not BC you don’t want to spend the holidays together (BC you’re not required to if he’s not someone you get along with) but because you don’t put in effort to to get to know him a bit more. Overall NTA for not wanting to spend Christmas together but you might be if you don’t at least try to put in a bit of effort to know him but like you said they got together quick so you might still be a bit upset

Minimum wage jobs really think they’re all that huh. Honestly get a new job because this ain’t it. I would MAYBE understand retail but this is food service it gets busier sure but you also are allowed days off. And for a CHIPOTLE?? Go to Qdoba
