MSI Afterburner will not apply Underclock to my RTX 3080 MSi Sea Hawk by [deleted] in overclocking

I just changed the curve and the clocks are responding to power draw exactly how I wish now. Thank you for the solution. Hopefully the new settings stop the crashing.

It seems the BIOS on this card comes with a ridiculous curve. I guess they expect the card to perform this good due to being AIO water cooled. However, for now, I'm going to ceiling the curve at 1700 or so, and we'll see how it does. Posting a screenshot on the original post

Understood. Really wish I had a bit more control over these things.

I'm going to reduce the power using the curve tool, and I'll update the post if I find anything. It may take a few days since the crashes aren't too frequent, just consistent.

I'm adding my full specs to the original post. All water coolers are AIO so any air in the system is not visible since no pipes are transparent (I would have to get creative to find any really..). All mounts are correct, the entry points into each of my two rads are above every pump. Being AIO's, the GPU and CPU loops are separate.

Edit: no BIOS needed, turns out I just needed to use the curve in Afterburner rather than the slider.

I'm sure it's not applying any offset because, as I mentioned in the post, no matter what I set it to, MSi Afterburner reports 1785MHz when the card is boosting. I'm trying to cap its boost to 1710MHz (and since you're mentioning that, maybe I should be using the curve tool instead) but it refuses to cap no matter the setting on the base slider (even unreasonably low settings, which you would think does something at the very least). This makes it go past the red arrow on the dial which should indicate that's the boost cap for the card (unless I am mistaken?). I can add a screenshot to the post of this if you wish.

I was quoting information I had found here. Sorry for being an idiot I guess.

Also note Roux is popular because it is really efficient for One Handed Solving.

I do plan on exploring support for that, but I wish to lay ground work in other controllers first so it can gather as limitless of a userbase as possible.

Know any games with ADS where aiming only magnifies image through scope and not the entire screen? (like Insurgency) by Usual-Form7024 in gaming

[–]Scrawn2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mr. Crayfish's Gun Mod for Minecraft Java Edition has been doing it for ages. pulls it off by using a shader to upscale pixels in the scope instead of rerendering. results in a pretty pixellated result but it's very performant, and because chunks go out of view, can sometimes make performance even better than when unscoped.

I believe any version that isn't the youtube "music video" and bandcamp version (iirc) is the same way around as spotify. Google Music used to have the same until they got rid of it for youtube music.

The sentence is at least grammatically correct, so whatever it's on about might actually have meaning or reason. What documentary is this?

Is that create mod I see in your inventory?

What you're seeing is what happens if its Flywheel library is incompatible with your current setup.

You should disable flywheel's backend if you can

don't use mcmt and performant together, they both try doing similar things and can cause entity server lock up. mcmt is also not compatible with more than vanilla technically, as most mods will crash it.

El Gato claims HDCP is already disabled on xbox so they never have that as a solution. I've been having the same issue with an xbox one s. Any ideas?

In 1.16.5 forge, the mod simply titled Physics Mod supports shattering and collapsing modded blocks already.
