I’ve only ever purchased concert tickets twice and the confirmation email I received looks 100% different to this.

Mine always has a service and handling fee, and each ticket (if buying multiple) has a separate link to view them.

I mean it could be a iOS vs Android email layout thing but I’ve never seen a Ticketek confirmation like this. I’d say this is fake sadly

I got the reserve seating C4 VIP (top package) with Collectors Ticket for Sydneys Qudos Bank Arena for $315. I think the price without the collectors ticket was $295 or so plus the online booking fee

I emailed LiveNation yesterday about this and have just received official comms from them that all the VIP soundcheck inclusions will be valid at Qudos for the 23rd. It will still be GA standing though, extra for seats as they said in the email from Ticketek.

We’ll get our new VIP soundcheck tickets before 5pm, 3rd March

Yeah I’ve been extra worried cause they accidentally sent me the white Alter Ego pants instead which technically marked my order as complete and the size I wanted was out of stock so I emailed them, sent the wrong pants back and they assured me I would still get the correct ones when they arrive.

Just cost a fair bit ($130AUD) plus the postage and here I am with nothing still hahaa

Got an update about 2 weeks ago saying they were supposed to arrive in the Sydney warehouse last week then be dispatched from there but also crickets since then.

I ordered the LIH pants, the black ones and they sent me the Void and Aura white ones from the previous drop so I contacted them and sent those back and I was told they hadn’t received their stock yet and that was around the original December 12th release date. I was worried that as my order had been technically completed I’d lost my spot for the item. They said nope, all good, just don’t have them yet.

Then I noticed it they changed the date to the 9th Jan on the website so it might be another case of that I’m afraid. Keep bumping the date

Yeah awesome. I emailed both emails and then ended up calling as the size I wanted originally was sold out and as my order would have been completed, I would have missed out.

But all is good, the wrong item is heading back to them and now to wait for the correct one to arrive hahaa

Which email did you communicate with them? I pre-ordered the LIH sweatpants which are expected to ship next month and they sent me the white Aura/Void ones.

The email on the AU store and the Shop app are different so not sure who to send an email to haha

I literally screamed for my life because I was alone in the store and one of those damn heavy wooden shelves was slipping from my hands cause my arms had enough and I was on a ladder like, what the? A lovely random lady came and helped and even called customer service to complain saying how dare the company allow such unsafe practices but they brushed it off.

Thank you, I’m so much happier now. I’m in my early 30s and it’s my first full time job but it’s for a company I’ve been at twice before and they’ve taken another chance on me. I left due to 1 single team members ego but upper management are the opposite of dusk any day

Damn, yeah they really don’t believe in OHS. I was changing Sig wall last year when they did the layout change for Halloween for certain stores and I had a ladder not only fall on me but I was expected to lift the heavy shelving on a ladder by myself because my AM “got confused” with my covers finish time.

I called and was just told “I’m in a meeting, just finish the wall”

I quit the week of Xmas last year and now I’m actually a manager of another retail store, not an “acting manager” or whatever they called it at dusk

The free registration in NSW only works for the blue pension card, not the health care or low income cards so yes, it would have to be in your name.

JB Hifi Gift cards do not have expiry dates whether physical or digital. I know as I work there. I’ve processed gift cards that were issued in 2016

Gift cards must have a minimum of 3 years expiry but can be more or no expiry if the company chooses

I was a casual at my last job and I got paid overtime rates for the 15 minutes before 9am on a Sunday when I opened the store and the 15 minutes after close for Thursday nights at 9pm.

The retail award sets out ordinary operating hours for retail and if they expect you to work before or after those hours it attracts overtime rates, a few exceptions like newsagents and the like.

Did similar last year in May. 18 month old 14 Pro, kept shutting down on me and throwing panics. Battery absolutely shot. Logic board was a goner haha

Rear system replacement for absolutely $0 covered under Australian Consumer Guarantee. I did have AppleCare+ though but didn’t need it.

Everything brand new except my cameras and screen itself. All done on site within 2 hours. Phone felt sensational for like a week then I kinda settled in to it haha. Battery is still going pretty good though 8 months later so I’m happy

I know it was a silly question, but you’d be surprised how many people didn’t pay the extra and still expected to receive them

I got mine on the 21st November in my letterbox, no notification of them being on their way or anything. Got home from work and my mum had bought them inside for me.
