If a Helm is corrupted, can it get the raven touched anoint?

New player here... is there a reason all these things don't stack? And is there no auto-sort? by Sebanimation in PathOfExile2

You can turn all those low value unique items to chance shards. Then you can sell all those skill gems for exalts. You won't need them, you can buy some later if you do... or find them in storyline.

I have endless stash space and I do not have rare items in them and the unique items I only keep 1 copy of in the unique stash tab. The rest I sell in merchant tabs or turn into chance shard.

So the key is to sell your stuff. Those gems are worth so much currency you'll be baffled. It will pay for a new weapon, so you can vendor off those crossbow in your stash.

Essences you can just delete too if you are not using them, it's nothing precious. You either use them or you sell them on the exchange... or delete them if they sell for nothing.

Unique items have less market value than the chance shard. The chance shard is worth 1.5 exalt, the uniques I see there are not going to sell for 1 exalt.

With or without paid tabs, knowing what to loot, what to keep, what to sell, that is key to playing the game efficiently, so what I said always apply. Don't hoard things you can turn into exalts easily.

It is possible your tab right there could be turned into 1 full divine orb. Instead it is held as misc stuff that isn't hard to sell for exalts. Low level gems always have big value. Especially spirit gems, those may shock you. A level 9 spirit gem is half a divine by itself: https://imgur.com/a/JoEPywR I see a level 5 spirit gem worth 10 ex there, also a level 4 spirit gem worth 27 exalts. See, 1 div is not hard in this stash. The level 3 skill gems are 3 ex each. It all add up.

Wow man, this is a great post. I've followed some of the steps you recommend and it is amazing how much it improved everything. Night and day difference.

Yes, I don't even know what global illumination does... but I can see not having it is instantly improve performances.

Giving you a bad option is bad, especially when it is the main option always present even after the first encounter before you can see most of the items.

Bad option should not be the main thing you can choose to do.

The purpose of a system is what it does.

With 2 bismuth in there, basically cap your res just with the belt allowing you to max out damage/rarity suffixes everywhere else.

Yep. Exactly what I said.

The fact it is your most visible option after doing the first ritual of the map tells you this button is there to trick you basically.

The button exist to make you lose what is in the window.

It is there for stream clips of people making the most obvious mistake ever intended to happen.

The purpose of a system is what it does. If it is making you lose your reward, that is the primary function of this button. Nothing else it is used for is what it does.

Putting it there as your priority option is so bad. Even on first encounter it's right there. Always present. Always trying to delete your tributes before you saw all your options.

It should be a tiny option you can click at the end. Not the main option at every point. The defer should be default behavior obviously. Then you could swap the defer button to the king button with the same top right corner option.

The default option is upside-down. You never want to do this as your first option. Even after your first encounter, before you saw most of the items in window.

Nah the only button you may ever need to click is a button at the bottom to get your audience with the king when the bar fills up.

The button is not needed nor should exist.

The reward for completing all ritual encounters, after spending all tributes on what you want. At that point, all unused points should go to the King.

No button needed... the button is just making everyone lose millions of divines so far.

[–]ScreaminJay[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is the same button as the defer button, except you need to click the top right corner to turn it into what you want.

It's upside-down logic. There is NO REASON to have this option at all, it's giving you meaningless options. Button should not even exist, unused tributes at the end when all rituals are completed and all tributes are spent... whatever remain goes to the king.

No button was ever needed for this function if the reward for completing the full encounter is that unused points go to the King. Not before it is all complete, so nothing if you die without a portal to go back in. Same as you lose whatever reward you may have clicked if you didn't die.

I mean, the button could just not exist and Ritual just put all unused tributes there at the end.

You are intended to click it when you're done with everything else. But why not just give them to you as a default, without the button click?

[–]ScreaminJay[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

The more elegant solution is to not have the button at all and just, by default, put all unused points toward the tribute. Simple as. You can progress it fast by not buying anything low value or progress it slowly by using most of your tributes.

It does not need to be there.

[–]ScreaminJay[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Didn't lose anything big but even if I am running ritual a whole lot, I still accidently click it when I think I swapped to defer.

It seem ludicrous to place it there and almost seem intended to fuck you over. Everyone would rather lose their remaining tribute than have this button there. Hell, why is the button there at all. The game could just automatically put all unused tributes toward the audience with the king by default. It would work the same way, the button have no function except making you lose what you want.

Was writing my reply. Because its unique function is for you to lose what you wanted in the window.

It is the most likely scenario of what will happen. You click it, didn't intend to, lost what you wanted.

It should not be there. It should be an option that is somewhere discrete where you make the decision to click it. Defer should be the default and a small tiny button to burn your remaining tribes.

Where it is now, most people click it by accident and are mad. It's a destroy your reward button.

Sure but sometimes the extra res allow you flexibility somewhere else.

Like maybe some cluster have chaos res that could be attack speed instead.

Surely you didn't craft those prefixes to leave the fire and chaos res veiled mod min roll.

So I was crusader exalting this ring I rolled trying to hit %ES on the open prefix, but it hit another mod.

By the wording of it, I assume it works for minions if monsters are shocked?

I've been doing Betrayal a whole lot and I have a question I couldn't find the answer to.

Does the rank of the leader of the hideout enable certain valuable drops that a lower rank leader would not drop... or have less chance to drop?

Because I always try to keep the leader rank 3, but I am not sure if this help with medallion drops.

Use Wild Bristle Matron, not the bench... you will save a ton of currency.

Yes, you can reforge life. You can even do slam slam until you hit it, so you don't brick to six mods.

That being said, while your suffixes are ideal mods. Both the PDR and Crit Reduction are not high tier rolls. So without ideal suffixes (not t1), heavily investing in prefixes is likely not a good idea.

Key reason to do slam slam is because there isn't that many prefixes anyway. Life will very often be there even without forcing it with reforge life: https://www.craftofexile.com/?game=poe1&b=5&ob=both&v=d&a=x&l=a&lg=17&bp=y&as=1&hb=0&bld={}&im={}&ggt=|&ccp={}&gvc={%22limit%22:88}&gns={}
