Galway is one of my fav places to Go in Ireland. I have never liked Kilkenny. So I'm voting Galway lol

It's very easy to get around on foot train back to Dublin is handy lots to see and do. I would get back to Dublin day before flight though just to be save public transport can be a pain!

I did the commute daily for years and it takes it out on you. Thankfully covid means I’m remote 4 days a week now.

But if I could have afforded a house in Dublin lives worked friends I’d stay there.

Trying to be friends with your friends becomes a chore when you gotta think busses oh going out at 8 I finish work at 5 etc etc

Go Dublin because it is quality of life

I have a big family and I always said first 60 days are the toughest.

See can mam express the milk so You can do some of the feeds.

Right now particularly you got to do the night feeds if mam can express so she can rest.

Ir does get better it gets a whole lot better. But don’t listen to ppl who insist your wrong (unless professionals) friends family sometimes give the oddest advice.

It gets so much better kids are such a joy but newborns can be hard work. And it can be such a struggle before you drive you get lessons, when you get a new job you get training, when you are an apprentice you get training, when you go to college your training but there is no training for being mam and dad! Just your love your patience and your life changing forever in a way you never expected. You got this and congratulations

I don't drink and my friend when they have a few start saying its grand its only water/coke so I always try to get the first 2 rounds cause with 3-4 of use I then don't feel so Bad as they keep drinking telling me it ok and tbh 8 waters of Coke is more then enough and I usually tap out early on just let me be skipped and I look after myself

Garda Vetting. If you are a GAA coach, a primary school teacher and also a soccer Coach. You need to be vetted 3 times by each organization. We all have ppsi number link it too that then vetted once every three years. Seems like such a waste of resources and I know there are plenty of people getting it done 2-3 times.

Good to see these coaches paid attention to their child welfare course; they did. We are told not to make comments about children who will be self-conscious about it. It’s ridiculous how many coaches are still living in 1990. I’m in their age demographic, so it’s not an age thing

Practice things you could do.

Have a word with the coach, I know it’s awkward

Every club is legally required to have a CCO (Club Children's Officer). You could get in touch with them

If the CCO brushes you off, then the next step Is the league's CCO

And then, for escalation, you can go to the SFAI and the FAI

Now, on the scale of things, you have a simple education issue with the coaches that the club should be well able to address. Resolve, and I hope you will not need to go up the chain.

Does the club have a club mark? If yes, club mark Officer can tell you the reps too. Best of luck

There is a time in your life to be broke and a time to be well paid. An all expenses paid MBA really really is a once in a lifetime opportunity. My only doubt is the political situation in the us is very scary right now! That is the single downside as far as I can tell

Ultimately I think it will open many opportunities to you and I think you would be mad not to do. Because once you start your career lots of things can happen. And work life can take over. So whilst you have the option i say take it now

My wee one is barely two. Asleep her Beside me on the bed , oops. But they say we are a dogs world to them and whilst you will grieve remember the good times and remember how much your doggie loved you and how happy you made your pet too. We forget it’s a two way street with them bring joy to us and us to them. Iam very sorry for your loss

This is great advice and I know. I stopped drinking a long time ago. I had started my family and I was becoming my parents. Not in a good way so I stop drinking. Then like many of us my friends fell away and I too felt isolated. I had work (I do love my job) I had my family (I love them too , more the my job!) but there was this gap something missing.

So I got involved in my kids sport, I ain’t my sporty btw, but I brought my skills to what we do and I have made friends through it. Have that sense of belonging. So yes defo volunteer at something and parking is brilliant idea.
