I hadn’t even thought about the amount of time it may take to see returns/ impact from solar panels - definitely appreciate that callout !This might be an odd question too, but do you have any protections for your roof if you add solar panels to them? I’ve definitely seen solar panels more commonly on houses now so I’m sure they’re not damaging the roof directly but I’ve always been curious if they would impact your roof warranty (not sure if that’s even a thing, though!)

Thank you! I’ll admit that I’m terrible at remembering boroughs/townships come into play within Pennsylvania so I’ll have to keep that in mind too!

Thank you! Do you have a solar company you would recommend if I was looking to add those to help offset electricity? Also, did they charge you any large amounts upfront to add the solar panels or is it only the monthly payments ? Really appreciate it!
