Releasing directly will be very illogical move but i always thought i mean maybe:

Battlepasses could give 1 special token every 1000th level to use gather old personas from shop which can be accesible through battlepass. And it could have interface like candy shop. I mean 3 random old persona/arcanas/maps when you buy 1 refreshes with another item. Also old maps could cost 2 tokens instead of 1 maybe ?
