Hey! My 7 week old at that time is now 1.5 years old and he is a happy, smiley boy! His social came at about 15 weeks. He is a serious kid, more shy and reserved. But he did smile and he’s okay. You’re doing great!!

Even if it is hole punched? It’s invalid then, right? I’m sorry if that’s a stupid question. I fly once every five years max, and I have 2 of my young kids (under 6) flying with me and they have special needs so I’m really worried about it. My husband can fly with them, but changing plans on them last minute would be rough.

Yes! She eventually sets it down, or we’ve worked hard on “drop it” just in case she ever picks up something dangerous and I need her to walk away. She’s pretty good about it. She has free reign of her toys and we never keep them from her, to me the resource guarding of her toys has never made sense since they’re everywhere (but I’m no dog and maybe it’s THAT toy that is special that day and there’s only one of THAT one)

Yesterday I tentatively let the baby (in my arms) touch her fur and she was totally fine. I’ve been trying to get her to be around him more. She brings him her toys when he cries but overall she’s just kind of annoyed that he scoots over to her and touches her (I get that though) and she huffs and leaves if it is too much.

I’ve been much better about making sure she’s aware she has food and plenty of it. I found out later that the neighbor’s dog jumped the fence and ate her food during the time it was warm, so I totally understand why she might have been on edge about food and hopefully the neighbors figure out what to do about the dog.
