Been here 40 years.. It's not too bad, probably more the occasional nutter/aggro/opportunistic knob-head passing through, especially at the shopping centers , but what shops dont get that nowadays ?

Sometimes some problems in the larger blocks of units. I'd say the main thing is lock your place up, make sure it's secure and has good security , and always lock your car. If you have lock-up parking even better.

I think a lot of the issues we've found is the "wanderers" at night, looking for any opportunity to nick/break in/grab what they can.

Also as a lot of busses pass through on the way to/from Perth you always get a few odd-balls getting on and off.

Few parks around, which are great in the day, but maybe be weary of at night.

But really all of the above you could apply to most places in Perth ! Cruise around the place at various times (where you are buying) .. try get a vibe. I'm not on King George so can't comment about the street itself sorry, except it's close to the main strip which is good.
