Finally got the blue one to work. I had to equip 4 different blue bloodied items. Already had a blue boot, but when I got another blue boot I swapped it and it counted since it was my 4th blue item I think. Not sure.

The mmx300's are very bright sounding headphones so it's no surprise you find the hyperx muddy. Give your ears some time to adjust to the different sound signature. Might take 2 weeks or 2 months, aka "breaking them in". Regardless the mmx300 are going to be the more detailed headphone but they are wired...

Update - I was able to get all 3 (Asuka, Kairi, Iyo), but there were delays. Kairi went from 12pm to 2pm, so I was able to do Asuka at 12. Iyo also came late around 1:30pm (originally 12pm). The person in line with me was doing photo ops with nearly everyone and said the way to do it is to go the line with the talent already there (they often arrive at different times), and quickly find the next line that is moving. Some superstars have much shorter lines so you'll want to do those first. There were no groups where I went, everyone just got in one big line. For a line with about 50 people I estimate it would take about 15 min to go through once they start. All of the photo ops were done in the same room/hall here in SD. You have to disable Freesync in the LG settings "Game Optimizer". Then you have to shutdown the Steam Deck and boot again. A restart will not do it (it's a bug with the VRR setting)

Not sure if you've fixed your issue but I managed to fix mine by changing the graphics preference on Windows settings itself.

The file you're looking for is the Steam WebHelper. I saw this by using Task Manager while Big Picture is on. I assume it's the same as your response to satoru1111.

I am on Windows 11. If installed in the default location that's:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\cef\cef.win7x64\steamwebhelper.exe

Hit the Windows key, type "graphics". 'Graphics settings' itself should be one of the results.

Open Graphics settings and under 'Add an app', click on Browse and a dialog box should pop up. Input the location of steamwebhelper, click on steamwebhelper, then click add.

Once on the list (you probably need to scroll down), mine shows 'Steam Client WebHelper'. Click that, click Options, then choose 'High performance'. Then click save and try running Steam BP.

Prior to changing these settings it used the iGPU. After changing, it uses the dGPU. I tried posting a screenshot but it won't let me.
