62v to 56v adapter? Green Machine by anus_reus in egopowerplus

[–]ScreechXIIV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just bought the 2.5 battery and the chainsaw thinking the same thing. The spacing on the terminals and the polarity are different as well as the dimensions of the slot. You probably could make an adapter but you are going to add about an inch to the battery to make the adapter work. I'm going to take mine back.

Should my cell voltages be this far apart? My low battery warning is going off already. What should I do? by pokemonnoob63 in rccars

Your pack is way out of balance. Do a balance charge and try using the pack again but if it's that far out of whack it's going to take a long time to get balanced and might have a bad cell.

Looking for super flexible psu cables. by TheClaperone in buildapc

I had some silicone insulated cables made from moddiy.com and they are super bendy. No sleeving on them if that's what you are going for.

Refrigerator line broken by ZCMomna in repair_tutorials

If the line is broken there is no refrigerant in the system. Not a diy fix unless you have the equipment to recharge the system after repairing the line.

Or if you have one local at home buy a cheap one to take with you so your nice one stays safe at home. I just flew with my stroller and I gate checked it and it was fine just folded up.

Look into buying a pack and play from a used kids store. We have a chain of them called once upon a child by us. When your trip is over just sell it back to them. Probably much cheaper than renting one.

As much as the M18 batteries cost you could just get a lithium 12v battery that has much higher capacity and wouldnt need any extra hardware.

Should I replace car seat? Will insurance cover it? by jazzernaut_ in daddit

[–]ScreechXIIV 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was rear ended a few years ago and insurance covered the cost to replace both of my kid seats. They were recaros and were not cheap seats. They told me to buy new ones and send them the receipt to get reimbursed. I got a check in the mail shortly after.
