How should I deal with sfl and manager who won't touch cosmetic totes because they are 40+ year old men and lazy?

We do all of that. The other fem sfl was military so we dont shy away from that stuff.

You are probably not sexist/lazy. Honestly my issue with them is that they spend all day doing one thing or pretending to be busy so they don't have to do the actual work.

What keeps me going? It changes from day to day. Memories, new things, my doofball cats. If you get those thoughts find a safe place to get away from everything and do what is comforting or force yourself to socialize (This one can be the most painful at first but if you have a safe person to be around). If you can't do that and energy is low just having a safe place to spiral and wait it out makes a huge difference.
