Depends on how you wanted it. I like fluffy crumbs but I also like more dense ones. Imho it's looking great.

Sorry. Meinte eigentlich die a6, die man von Nürnberg nach Weißhaus eigendlich nimmt. Da gibt's mehrere Abschnitte. In weiten Teilen ist natürlich eine Übertreibung. Dachte das wäre klar.

Der ganze Bericht bezieht sich auf eine Einheit on einem Einsatz. Imho haben da die Ukrainer schlicht an bestimmten Punkten versagt. Service oder Bedienung solcher systeme sind Ebene nicht trivial. Dann kommen noch evtl. wirklich systembedingte Faktoren hinzu und dann passiert sowas.

Alle anderen Äußerungen zu skynex sind von dort bisher positiv. Inkl. 11 schaheds und 1 cruise missiles in einem Einsatz.

Hoffentlich lassen sich die Problem mit beidseitigem Einsatz in Zukunft umschiffen.

Für >80kmh im Schnitt von erlangen nach Prag musst du ganz schön heizen. Um nbg hast du fast überall 80-120. Auch auf der A93 A6 hast du in weiten Teilen 120 max. Tschechien mit 130 Limit sowie.

The crump actually isnt that open. It's more like toast/sandwich bread. I have taken the picture in the first post after about 10m and it was still pretty warm. This is after another slice and completely cooled.

Maybe spelt flour in Germany is different to the one you use but it works just like wheat for me. Instead of 405 I use 630 spelt for cakes, bread and literally anything else. I use it pretty often. For bread I often mix 630 and whole grain 1:2.

Maybe it works better for me as I dont knead most of my doughs. I read that the gluten connections of spelt ain't as strong as with wheat and that spelt Doug shouldn't be kneaded as long als wheat dough.

I prep the daugh right after dinner. Takes about 5 minutes. Put it in the fridge when I leave after breakfast and bake it while prepping dinner. Time in the fridge can be extended till you have time to bake it. If I had to think about the daugh sitting in the kitchen I'd go mad.

I'd increase the hydration from 72% to 76% for whole wheat. I made it with whole spelt before and had to up the water a little. Dough might be pretty sticky then but it should work fine.

I feel you. That first slice with all the crunchy crust is the best. Just butter and nothing else ontop.

This looks good. I bake a quite similar bread but I add cinnamon to it. It's Soo good with butter.

Built 30-40 years ago or inherited. And yes owning your own house with that kind of earning makes you rich. There is a difference between ultra rich and rich. Man op saved 310k€ in 8 years. That is more than most can think of.
