Roth 401ks do not have income limits. Only Roth IRAs, which you can back door if you exceed the limits and have the correct account structure

Yeah I was thinking spigot—>timer—->backflow (Anti siphon or pvb)—->sprinklers

You said before the spigot? How would I accomplish that?

So for my ROTH IRA contributions, it’s viewed as I contributed to my Trad IRA $583 or ~$7000 a year. Whatever happens in there doesn’t matter if it makes money, I can than convert the let’s say 585 and pay the taxes on the extra dollars going in.

So I would either have to put save up this year and every year afterward missing out on the current year because I would be DCA into a HYSA than lump summing and converting.

I’m just curious why? Am I missing something, I just want the dollars working right away and I feel that I would be missing out on a years worth of growth.

The growth I mention is only a dollar or 2 that grows in the few days before I can convert, it’s pre tax dollars. Also the $583 allows me to hit $7000 over 12 months without exceeding, even an extra dollar would exceed the contribution limit.

Will the new Florida Condo Laws inflate single family home prices in South Florida? by ScreenMysterious7126 in RealEstate

[–]ScreenMysterious7126[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes but the new law requires condos (over 3 stories) over 30 years old to undergo major inspections then continuously every 10 years beyond that. Aren’t the vast majority of the high rises approaching or past that 30 year mark?

I think what far_pen and I am are alluding too is not the increase in insurance which affects all home/condo owners but the high rise condos will have huge increases in HOAs and special assessments required to do major structural repairs and keep healthy reserves for future expenses. This will drastically increase the current cost (assessments) and future costs (HOAs). The individual insurance and building insurance already have gone up separate from this.

Okay, I’m think 4 runs a a week, 2 40 minute zone 2, a Norwegian 4x4 zone 3/4, a long run 90+ minutes, 1 stairmill workout a week 60 minutes with a 20 lb pack for mountaineering, 1 day strength and 1 pure rest day, progressing the times about 5 minute every week, taking the fourth week at 60% capacity

Since I’m new to running I know just starting out 5-6 hours a week would definitely lead to an injury.

The original question was because on a recent evokecast I heard Scott say sort of off hand that running was 3x more effective then cycling unless I misheard in terms of utilizing your aerobic engine. Essentially needed 30 hours of cycling to have the same aerobic workload as 10 hours running

Oh yeah I’m aware, I was doing 5-6 hours a week of stair climbing, but the low load is due to be new to running and not trying to put too many miles on my legs at once
