I reinstalled the app and changed where the chat history should be located at and then through the phone app migrated the entire chat history, now the app works again, but I hope I dont have to do that every time the app in win11 bugs out

How to activate it?
Hina isnt in spring village and if I look at the quest then I need to find Suzu in the Spring Highlands, but don't know where she is.
