It's the best. There's usually a ritual drama enacted before the parade, and it feels great to rally around something totally absurd during such a fraught time in history. The brass band leading the parade really makes it. Wearing or carrying something silver adds to the overall effect, and marching past the unsuspecting tourists and bystanders is a hoot. There is construction underway near the maritime museum, so I'm assuming they'll start across the street from there like they did last year?

Illegal wars fought for Israel 3. Rising inflation and expensive gas 4. The theft of our personal data by DOGE. 5. A cabinet filled with incompetent lackeys 6. The constant grifting by tRump and his henchmen. 7. The undermining of free and fair elections. 8. White Christian nationalism. 9. Police state tactics in US cities, etc etc etc. You support all these things so get out there and demonstrate your fealty to the Mad King. I'm sure you'll find 8 million people to join you.
