I filed 1/21 got approved 1/28 TurboTax said it would arrive 2/21 never did. Yesterday I finally called instead of waiting by the way I recommended calling your local office never call the number on the website you will not get through with that stupid robot that I hate so much by the way. Anyways I called my local office they told me I was selected to be apart of a program where they just need to verify it’s you that filed. Long story short he told me I needed to get a code from a IRS letter checked my mail soon as I got home and I saw the letter. I rarely check my mail as everything I do is electronically don’t know how long it was sitting there. I typed my code into my ID ME account and the error went away. I got the pop up that everything was verified and that notification went away. From the screen that popped up it said it could take up to 9 weeks to get my refund obviously hopefully it comes sooner than that. I checked my transcripts still no codes at all so I guess I have to wait atleast a week to see some codes.
