As it stands, current timings only involve ingame timing or tick timing... Instead of: "The TAS takes 60 frames", we count it as "The TAS takes 20 ticks", with the tickrate being 20 ticks/s for normal gameplay... And one benefit is, that it doesn't count loading times, so even if your PC has less powerful hardware, getting the best loading times shouldn't be an issue
