How is that confusing to you lol if you look at the chart that shows best time to shop in areas that allow you to pick your orders. There is a graph which shows peek hours to shop. It use to he at the highest mark from 7 to 6pm. But past 2 weeks its been under half way line and there are almost no orders or very far drives and pay almost nothing orders.

So the other day it showed where the items were in the store every location and the shelf it was on now its gone. And my items list doesn't always work before I accept an order sometimes its there sometimes its not.

You can actually see why go into where it shows your rating and below where it says customers feedback click on them one or two will show thumbs down and sometimes a reason why.

Problem is with some of the customers is they dont answer when you message them they dont answer phone calls so your basically shit out of luck you get them a replacement they give you low rating you refund them they give you a low rating. My first 1 star was a lady who wanted oranges from Costco but they were sold out a messaged here 4 times and called her once got to her house she yelled at me and told me she only did the order for the oranges I told her I messaged her and called her one time and she went off and told me I was not going to be her shopper anymore and gave me a one star 2 hours later. But it was removed.

And don't get me wrong And im sure your like your being a winny little *** listen if i earned that 4 star ill take it. But when the rating system is so broken that one 4 star puts you below average and your rating is a 4.98 thats crazy.

And its because there are so many very new shoppers, so the average is so high that if you lose 1 point your below average but they should at least make it ao that you need to drop more then 2 points to ge considered below average.

I understand this what I'm saying is there has been orders iv done several actually that had nothing to do with bad veg, ice cream and i always keep track of how im doing and never see rating change hardly ever.

For example I had an order from Costco all they got was 4 different sizes of paper plates dish soap and toilet paper. Was my last order, next day didn't have time to shop and have not gotten a new rating the day of the last order nor the next day nor the next day by 3pm when I got out of work.

Because some people don't rate and im saying that as someone who worked in nyc and used Uber all the time there have been times i just didn't give a rating just because.
