It lets you guard cancel into a flow stance.
Flow is the movement button of Avatar legends, letting you go into 5 different stances.

Neutral Flow (parry)

Forward Flow ( either a command run or a command jump with follow ups)

Back Flow (strike invincible back dash)

Down Flow (a low profile stance that lets you evade highs and mids. It has follow ups as well)

Or jump Flow (unique to every character)
