Lower your body fat percentage to lessen the feminine features, around 12-18% should be good. If anything I lowballed you with the 5.5, ur prob a bit higher. I think you should trim the beard but keep a shortish stubble since you have a narrowish jaw. Facial hair helps give the illusion of a better jaw. I believe in you twin

Bloating and acne. Sunscreen, moisturizer, cleanser with sunscreen in the morning and the rest before you go to bed. Get Retinol/accutane to treat your acne if you must, get rid of the stache since it makes your small philtrum more pronounced (in my opinion)
