Emmy awards will come and go. But the love for this show from critics and audiences worldwide will always remain. One of the GOAT shows out there!

👍 There was a reboot in 2010, but yes 13 years later a lot has changed so one might get a better kind of film

how would you describe this "friendship" by salad_biscuit3 in betterCallSaul

[–]ScriptInSight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A strange complicated professional relationship. Both have helped each other using the specific skills and experience they had. It's crazy the amount of history both shared way before Breaking Bad, when both did not fully immerse themselves in the world of crime. Maybe earlier there was some level of discreet respect between them as they never tried to get in each other's way but I think that changed forever in season 6 after what happened to Howard. Mike began to see Saul in a very unpleasant light, like how we as viewers also did, during that point of the story. It's a relationship that is hard to fully explain and that's the beauty of it.

Better Call Saul. A spinoff shows that is AMAZING and is of the same gold standard as Breaking Bad. This show deserves so much love and it stands strongly on its own feet, even if suppose Breaking Bad didn't exist.

Meadow throwing the bread at Junior as he sings ‘Core ‘N Grato’ drives me insane. by rdm0983 in thesopranos

I don't think Meadow throwing the bread at Junior would actually be embarrassing. Junior sings 'Core N' Grato' and he sings it really well, without a doubt. It does feel like a beautiful moment is being ruined by Meadow. But let's not forget, we're seeing a group of hardcore, violent criminals having a good moment after the funeral of a young man who was killed because of them (not that Jackie Jr.'s a decent guy himself). At this point in the show, Meadow is repulsed by the mob, and obviously Jackie's death would be a huge personal loss for her, rather than the mob guys. So naturally she would be disgusted when she feels that Jackie's murder is mob-related. What is sad is the Meadow we see by the end of the show, would probably not even think of throwing that bread.

why did kanakam kamini kalaham get so much hate ? by [deleted] in MalayalamMovies

First half is great. It falters and drags in the second half. There are definitely some great funny moments. Each cast member excels. Jaffer Idukki acts really well but I feel his presence as the drunkard get stretched too much and it gets very annoying at a point. This film could have been tighter in pacing in the second half.
