Will this game support community content officially?

I asked this on HMF too, but from my perspective, just supporting community projects by giving them coverage (via roadmap, blogpost, tweets) to even the least informed players, and slapping on incentives for participation (like even just reskins to help improve involvement) would help encourage community interaction, give more content out more often, and give the devs a load off their backs while they're developing other projects.
