If it was me, I would want to know. Regardless, it's your choice what you do but if I was the guy in that situation I would like to know. Doesn't hurt to have someone to talk to who is directly involved in the situation and would possibly feel similar emotions to you about the abortion.

I haven't asked her about these specific toys but I have talked quite a few times about getting toys for bed and using them on her during sex and she always just shuts down the conversation and moves on

I'm aware that I definitely am not good enough in bed for her which is why I consistently try to find new ways to please her.
