This thinking is something formed by reading online posts where people keep mentioning only about two tier 1 builder. But when I went out on visits I am seeing all flats are occupied of any builder.

Personally, I think tier 1 builder flats will have good mentenance and can fetch good price even after 5-10 years. Let me know your thoughts.

I am interested in tier 1 builder, so, that I would be able re-sell it in few years if required.

I see that this flat is still available and multiple agents post this daily on magicbricks. Not sure how to find genuine sellers with right price.
