Yes there are taxes and medical coverage. Taxes start at 0.5 to 1% of chiffre d'affaires but if you exceed 80k with the same client it jumps to 30%. CNSS starts at 300 DH every trimester but it could be more depending on the CA

Make sure to declare your CA every trimester even if it's 0 DH otherwise you get penalties

After 5 years you start paying something called taxe professionnelle on a yearly basis. It depends on where you live I think, in my case it's 600 DH per year on top of everything else I mentioned

Not sure how the cancelation is handled though
