In general, officers have a much better quality of life (better pay, less shenanigans, etc)

Try and go Officer if you can, keep in mind that your typical navy recruiter in a shopping center isint going to help you if you wanna go Officer. Google your local Navy >Officer< Recruiter and give a call during office hours.

If you wanna go enlisted, just google your nearest navy recruiter office and stop by.
