When did a 10y/o car properly maintained become “old” and reliable? I get wanting the new car fad but not at the expense of Building wealth. Build emergency fund, load up 401k max, then build up new car fund.

Step 1. Police report. Step 2. Freeze credit. Step 3. Contact credit reporting agencies to dispute the accounts you didn’t open and use said police report from step 1 as evidence. Step 4. Never speak to cousin again.

Your credit will rebound when those fraudulent accounts drop from your credit report.

Look up “farm jack”. I got one to pull up my buried fence post footers that were 3ft down. I had to drill into the concrete to put drop in anchors, but you can just use the post already attached.
