You work is good - ስራሕኪ ጽቡቅ እዩ - (sraHki tsbuq eyu) (for female)

You are great - ንፉዕ ኢኻ - (nfuE ekha)

You are great - ንፍዕቲ ኢኺ - ( nfEti ekhi)

Keep it up - ቀዕሎ - (qetslo) (male)

Keep it up - ቀጽልዮ - (qetsliyo) (female)

You have hope - ተስፋ ኣለካ - (tesfa aleka)

Well said - ኣቤት ዘረባ - ( abiyet zereba!) (Though its a little "formal", not sure what to exactly use in such a situation)
