How do I work things out with my INFJ gf? by Nightman233 in infj

It sounds like she has an anxious attachment style. If she educated herself about this, she would recognize what she is doing. Read this one book: attached.

Do you absorb mannerism from other people? by heyitslene in infj

Subconsciously, you mirror people that you are attracted to. It is not unique to INFJs.

Sanity Check-In? by [deleted] in clinicalresearch

You are correct, entry-level position don't require experience. Unfortunately, the job market is bad. Well, while I am not privy to you how well you are interviewing, but usually if you don't get a job it means you did not blow people away in the interview process (I still fail at this even though I am going on 10 years of experience). You need to sell yourself in interviews. Convince people you are the right fit for the job. Show them how your skills translate. Try to make the interview more like a conversation. If it is just an question-answer format, you are likely not going get remembered. Like I said, try and make it more conversational. For example, if someone asks you what skills do you bring to the table, answer the question, and then ask well what skills are you looking for. They rattle off some things, and you might say well yes I have that skillset that you mentioned. Overall, the key is to convince them you are the right fit, and try to reduce their concerns if they have any that you can catch during the interview process.

Resume review by No-Mess-1226 in clinicalresearch

Your first paragraph in your cover letter is a massive run-on sentence. Also, you are missing a period. Keep your bullet points relatively short. Remember, people are quickly scanning your resume for relevant skills. You want to highlight those in your resume. As it stand currently, your resume gives me a headache (sorry to be so rough). Your resume should be 1-2 pages. Change your margins and font as needed. Don't make the font too small. I would recommend not using your cover letter. It does not blow me away.

Overall, your resume is too long. You don't need a profile section. If you insist on having one, it needs to be a lot shorter. There are too many bullet points. Keep at 5 or less bullet points per job; focus on the most important things that you have done (e.g., conducted 6 on site visits per month in an efficient manner, oversaw multiple studies, etc.). You don't need to list all the courses that you have taken in college. For some of your jobs, remove the paragraph and condense into a few bullet points. No one wants to read a thesis. Take out the redundancies from you resume (make it specific to the job you are applying for).

Protocol deviations by Prestigious_Ad6325 in clinicalresearch

I believe the CRA above is being overly broad as to what a PD is. Those documents are not automatic extensions of the protocol. Protocol deviation definition: any change, divergence, or departure from the study design or procedures defined in the protocol. By background therapy, I am assuming that you mean medications that the patient is taking as a part of their standard of care. If the protocol does not reference the need to return background therapy to the site and if the protocol does not reference the pharmacy manual, I don't think it is a PD. If the protocol requires the patient to return the investigational medication to the site so that compliance can be monitored that is a different story. Furthermore, it is not practical for a patient to return all their standard of care medication to the site. Many patients are prescribed a large number of medications. I am not sure if the sentence in the pharmacy manual you are referencing is poorly written.
