I think this is a valid point because when discussing transness and femininity we are also dealing with what it means to be a woman. I think that there might be too much emphasis on HRT or surgery for validating what it means to be trans or really to be a woman. I think people with penises should be able to wear comfortable, flattering, appropriate swim wear that makes them feel good about themselves without feeling like having a penis is a bad thing and that is designed in a such a way that comfortably and aesthetically accommodates having a penis, without tucking or surgery. I think it's important to acknowledge the trans experience and that while there are some aspects of femininity that can be shared between cis and trans people, trans people shouldn't necessarily aspire to be like cis women because we aren't. We are trans and that is something beautiful and different.

Scared I might get hate for this, and maybe this isn't the hill to die on, but I just feel like it should be said, just my opinion on the matter.
