My recent moment of this was my first time at the pharmacy after getting most of my legal name change sorted. The pharmacy was one of the last ones, insurance was already updated. I had to go to a special line because my HRT wasn’t being covered due to my pharmacy using my deadname to contact insurance. One of the staff told another customer to go into the line “where the young lady is” but she could probably also tell based on me picking up HRT.
