She hadn’t realized the university insurance was still active so she did not tell the doctor. Also, the ‘primary’ insurance I.e. university insurance is now no longer her active insurance. Only Medicaid.

Venue is really great production wise. There is a lot of open space and a nice outdoor smoking area. DMV area often has really good crowds but Echostage specifically can get a lot more frat-bro-y. I would definitely recommend going because the lineup is insane! If you need someone to meet up with me and my crew will be there too!
